image Last Swimmer of the Week (August 1st-4th) goes to Adalynn Plett!! Adalynn worked really hard the week leading into Regionals and she had a great meet. During that meet she realized when her technique was a little off and the things she needed to do to fix that during her races, she was very focused and that helped her to get best times and aggregate medals. Great job Adalynn!! Thank you to Bakkerij Lobelle for the giftcard.
